My areas of expertise range from helping you become the healthiest version of you, mobility and injury rehab, weight loss and muscle definition, nutrition and lifestyle improvements, and pre- and post-natal training.
I qualified with a bachelor of Sport and Recreation, Certificate in Sports Massage, have been REPS registered and involved in the health and fitness industry for the last 15years.
Sessions choices are 30min, 45min or 60min sessions.
The full 60min session incorporates a warmup and accountability chat every session, along with a 45min workout and a 10min partner stretch or massage to finish.
The 45min session is the same, but the timeframe for all aspects is smaller.
The 30min session is a full 30min session, where you complete the warm-up and cool down stretches.
